INNOVO Network:

INNOVO is a new free B2B platform where companies can buy and sell. This Network can save circa 10% on the trade of all goods, products and services between organisations. A number of very large organisations who have registered with INNOVO are interested in collectively procuring all goods and services via a portal offering between them, the full range of products and services on a global and regional basis. Part of the savings (INNBATEs) are shared with charities, non-profits, NGOs and other good causes that have registered through the INNOVO platform.

Position Description & Responsibilities:

An international senior B2B executive with expertise from within the investment sector is sought to target and approach companies to invite them on to the Portal. The successful candidate will earn a share of the trade generated for each of the introduced suppliers for a period of two years following their Membership on to the Portal. Each introduction is electronically tracked online so that there is no doubt about the identity of the introducer.

In addition, the Managing Partner will be working closely with INNOVO’s Leadership Team to identify, present to, liaise, negotiate and close a variety of significant capital raise opportunities for INNOVO, through a combination of Business Angels, Family Offices and HNW/UHNW individuals, and Private Equity, The successful candidate will also work closely with INNOVO’s CEO, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, to ensure that the capital raise prospectus is maintained and forwarded to the most appropriate levels within these organisations.

While the role is effectively global, we would look for candidates from within the UK who can attend occasional meetings in London.

Candidate Profile:

This is a slightly unusual role. It requires a confident, efficient, dedicated, entrepreneurial senior level business professional who can create and implement effective strategies for identifying investment opportunities globally. Your own ‘black book’ of contacts will prove useful as well as a full and complete understanding of how Investors work. You will therefore, ideally have substantial investment expertise with extensive senior level contacts within ‘blue chips’, large organisations, SMEs and HNW/UHNW investors/family offices, etc. You must be able to operate from your own base and have your own IT.

Remuneration:

The successful candidates will have his/her own Limited Company or equivalent. There will be a generous contingent claim day rate, added to which a further daily amount will be reserved as INNOVO stock after a qualifying period. As described earlier in this description, the Managing Partner will enhance their revenues from share savings (INNBATEs) if he/she introduces a supplier company to the INNOVO platform and that supplier company undertakes a transaction through INNOVO with a buyer. There is also a generous commission level based on secured and received investment into INNOVO through the introduction, negotiation and deal achieved by the successful candidate.
